Our New Phone System is Here
HealthFirst has upgraded our telephone system to help support our customers better.
New Menu Options
You will no longer be prompted to select Medical or Dental. Instead, you can now jump directly to the department you need to contact. New options are listed here. Additionally, you can:
- Press * to dial an extension
- Press # to access the HealthFirst phone directory
New Self-Service Features
We have enhanced our self-service features so customers can more easily get account information and pay bills without needing Customer Support.
Invoice Request
Enter your Ship To customer account number to receive an email with a link to your invoice.
This service is not available for customers who have a different Bill To and Ship To address. They will instead be directed to a customer service agent.
Shipment Tracking Request
Enter your Ship To customer account number to receive an email with the the most recent tracking information.
Credit Card Payment
Use the credit card on file in your Wallet to make a payment, or add a new credit card. Once a card is added or selected, we will confirm the payment amount and complete the transaction. A payment confirmation number will be provided for your reference.
